I drove around today looking for things to shoot. This little guy was very cooperative he's just a run of the mill ground squirrel sunning himself.

This will be a real challenge for me. As my 30 day photography challenge I have chosen to shoot with "The Golden Mean" or "Golden Rectangle" (closely related to the rule of thirds) as my theme. It is composition I will be focusing on rather than a specific subject. This is loveky - very nicely captured. The way the sun is shining on the squirrel really makes this photograph.
