This will be a real challenge for me. As my 30 day photography challenge I have chosen to shoot with "The Golden Mean" or "Golden Rectangle" (closely related to the rule of thirds) as my theme. It is composition I will be focusing on rather than a specific subject. Knowing this is my weakest area of my photography should really force me to learn. http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1013&message=29939768
What a top knoch composition!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if it is a pure lucky moment with your camera, or results from your hard work searching for the best scene.
For me is perfect and superamazing!!!
Other wondefull job!
I like the way the fence follows the edge of the picture - it's very easy on my eyes.
ReplyDeleteWow look at all that cold stuff! Nice composition with the eye led along the fence posts very naturally.
ReplyDeleteWonderful find! Totally UNFAIR that you had to go to work and the kids got to stay home! I'm in the Houston, Texas area and on the rare occasions we get tiny little snow flurries, almost everyone stays home!
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic shot! I love everything about it! I love your snowman shot too!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat leading line of the fence, and I love how you put the very prominent pole right in the foreground. Very nice work and a fantastic shot. Good exposure on all that snow.
